Parts Returns
Most parts purchased through our website may be returned if they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.
To begin a return, please contact our team before sending any item back. We'll provide return instructions and help determine the best course of action.
Incorrect Items Shipped
If we shipped the wrong part or made an error with your order, we'll make it right. Herrs Machine Hydrostatics will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the cost of return shipping. Once the correct item is confirmed, we'll promptly ship the replacement.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you ordered the correct part but decide you no longer need it or ordered the wrong item, you may return it as long as it is unused and in resalable condition. In these cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Hydrostatic Units & Special Orders
Hydrostatic pumps, motors, transmissions, and other major components listed on our website as "Call for Pricing & Availability" are handled on a case-by-case basis. Because these items are often rebuilt, remanufactured, exchanged, or specially sourced, return eligibility depends on the specific product and circumstances surrounding the order.

Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued via check to your specified address.
