Services
REPAIR
Our qualified team of professionals bring their experience and know-how with them on every job. But what really sets our services apart from the rest of the industry is our attention to detail and receptiveness to the unique needs of each client.
Plates, cylinder blocks, center sections, pistons, mechanical shaft seals, and end caps are lapped to remove all imperfections and ensure perfect flatness of surface.
All worn or outdated parts are discarded and upgraded to "better than factory" quality.
TESTING
All hydrostatic units are tested and verified against factory specifications. The pump and motor are tested together to ensure the "system" works properly. This test includes setting charge pressure and drive pressure to manufacturers specifications and that the pump neutrals. After the initial test is completed, all units are subject to a case pressure test at 120°F to ensure all gaskets and the shaft seal are sealing properly. The unit test specifications are then recorded by model and work order number and maintained on file.
FINISH
Before the re-manufactured pump and motor can be installed on your machine there are certain steps that have to be taken to ensure your system is clean and ready for installation of re-manufactured hydrostat units. A complete flushing of all lines, reservoirs and valves must be performed to prevent contamination and repeat failure. For more information regarding flushing procedures, see the instructions under the "Service" tab above. We also have Flush Kits available with the necessary hoses and fittings you'll need to properly flush any possible remaining contamination in your hoses and/or tanks.
