At Herrs Machine Hydrostatics, we are committed to getting your parts and components to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

Most in-stock parts are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For specialty items, remanufactured components, or products requiring additional preparation, processing times may vary. If there is an expected delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers UPS and USPS, depending on the size and weight of your order.

Shipping options and rates are calculated during checkout when available.

Large Hydrostatic Units

Hydrostatic pumps, motors, transmissions, and other large components listed as "Call for Pricing & Availability" require special handling and are not eligible for standard online shipping.

Shipping methods, freight costs, delivery times, and core return instructions (when applicable) will be discussed with you before your order is finalized.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are based on:

• Package weight and dimensions
• Shipping destination
• Carrier rates
• Shipping method selected

Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping charges unless otherwise agreed upon.

Order Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Herrs Machine Hydrostatics is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Tracking Information

When available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged:

• Note the damage with the delivery carrier whenever possible.
• Take photos of the packaging and damaged items.
• Contact Herrs Machine Hydrostatics as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Herrs Machine Hydrostatics is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.
